In 1999 CHEER expanded its services to promoting Dutch higher education institutions as a viable option for Chinese students wishing to obtain a university degree after graduating from high school. With more than 20 years of experience in student recruitment, CHEER has developed into one of the largest organizations to provide this service, with branches located in Beijing and Shanghai and 400 sub-agencies across China recruiting students exclusively for our partner universities.

 

With our headquarters based in Amstelveen, CHEER is uniquely positioned with a clear and comprehensive understanding of the Dutch culture, customs and educational system, and an ever-growing network of partner universities. Since initiating our student recruitment service, CHEER has helped more than 10,000 students progress to universities in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
